An overseas trip to Africa Morocco with a special and free-spirited plan that suits me

Since my trip was quite long, I asked them to help me plan it, and they were very helpful in promptly accommodating my additional requests that came up later.
With thorough local support via the chat app WhatsApp, I was able to travel with complete peace of mind.
They even suggested recommended restaurants, which is the kind of support you rarely get on a typical tour.

Africa—a place I had always vaguely dreamed of visiting someday.
Captivated by the model plan photos on Oooh, I decided to make my dream of 'riding a camel in the Sahara Desert' come true by traveling to Morocco.

My first time in Africa—and traveling solo, no less.
I was filled with both excitement and anxiety, but Jumi, who helped plan my itinerary, answered even my smallest questions with great care, allowing me to focus on preparing for the trip. (I am truly grateful.)

Although there were various unexpected events during my trip to Morocco, riding a camel to watch the sunset in the Sahara, gazing at the star-filled sky that night, and witnessing the sunrise from the dunes...
Everything was so beautiful—it became an unforgettable experience.

Thanks to everyone, I was able to complete a safe solo journey within my limited schedule and budget.

Because this trip was a private plan, I was able to visit places that group tours can't go, which made me extremely satisfied. Also, through interacting with local people, I was able to learn about Moroccan culture. It was a truly enjoyable and fulfilling trip.

I realized that the quality of the driver-guide can make a huge difference in your trip.
At first, I was anxious because my initial impression was that the driver was different from what I had expected—I had hoped for someone experienced with Japanese travelers, even if they didn't speak Japanese. However, Hamid, the driver, was guiding Japanese guests for the first time, but he was extremely dedicated, always polite and smiling, and drove very well. I was very satisfied with him as my driver.
The local guides were also very experienced, with some able to speak Japanese and others speaking it in simple phrases.
This itinerary involved a lot of long-distance travel by car, so it felt a bit packed. In hindsight, I think it would have been better to communicate more closely when deciding the schedule. Still, I am grateful that we were able to safely visit all the places we wanted and had a very enjoyable trip.
Also, I felt reassured knowing I could always communicate for support during the trip, so I was able to enjoy it without any worries.

I wasn't sure where to go or what to do, so I shared what interested me and received a suggestion for Morocco! It hadn't even been on my list, but after hearing about it, it sounded so fun that I immediately decided on Morocco!

I wasn't used to traveling abroad and didn't even know how to buy tickets, so I was amazed by how much they taught me—almost to the point of being overly helpful! Their kindness and thoroughness really surprised me.
Their service was so good that it almost seemed strange that I didn't have to pay anything until I actually signed up.

The actual trip was truly wonderful, and I spent an irreplaceable time in my life!
The portions of food were enormous, but I got to try so many different things and had a great time!
It was a wonderful country with stylish towns and breathtaking nature, both of which I thoroughly enjoyed.
I was wondering if I could negotiate a discount successfully, but since I had a Japanese-speaking guide, I received a lot of help and was able to buy souvenirs to my satisfaction!

There were some troubles during the trip, but they were handled promptly, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience, so I had a wonderful time until the very end.

One thing that was a bit disappointing was that the local driver seemed to have a cold from early on (he was blowing his nose and coughing), and since we were in a confined space, my friend who was traveling with me ended up catching a cold and feeling unwell on the last day.
It was just the last day and we were heading home, so it wasn't too bad, but my friend was really disappointed. If the driver was feeling unwell, I wish they had switched to another driver.

I was truly satisfied with the attentive service.
I would definitely like to consult with you again for my next overseas trip, and I want to recommend you to my friends!

I traveled to Morocco alone. It was my first time traveling solo, and since Morocco is so far away, I was quite anxious. However, thanks to the reassuring support from Concierge Mr. Okura and local operator Ms. Jumi, I was able to go through with it. They kindly answered all my simple questions before the trip.

As for the trip itself, I was able to thoroughly visit all the places I wanted to see, like Chefchaouen, Fez, and the Sahara Desert. All the transportation was handled by a local driver. Even though he drove for long hours, he never showed any signs of fatigue and was extremely kind. I was worried that I might encounter some dangerous situations, especially since I can't speak English or Arabic well, but he supported me throughout and I always felt safe.
Although the journeys were long, we took breaks from time to time to take photos of the scenery and enjoy coffee, which became great memories. Also, every riad I stayed at was beautiful and charming, and the food was absolutely delicious.

Not only was I able to visit the classic sightseeing spots, but also the car rides, the riads, and casual conversations with local people have all become precious memories for me!

I'm truly glad I went to Morocco.

The support from the office was also excellent. There were many things I didn't know since it was my first time visiting this destination, but they helped me with various consultations even before the trip, which was very helpful.
Even after arriving, the guide responded quickly.

I thought the price might be a bit high, but once the trip started, I realized I didn't need to pay any tips for using the restroom or for meals throughout the day, and the hotel was surprisingly amazing.
Since we traveled long distances every day, I realized just how important the hotel is.

The guide, driver, and hotel were all extremely kind, and the travel plan was also excellent. 　
The hotel in the desert became a lifelong memory.
