Travel Consultation

This person is actually engaged in the travel industry overseas. They are an experienced professional who arranges and supports travel locally, so please feel free to consult them about anything with confidence.

We conduct direct interviews and only select individuals who we determine to be suitable based on their past work experience, achievements, and response content. We also verify local business registration and travel licenses, ensuring they are reliable travel professionals.

We offer consultations for free. Please feel free to consult with us.

The consultation process is as follows.

  1. Please fill out your preferences in the chat survey form.
    ※You can also communicate your preferences directly via chat, but please understand that we may need to ask for additional information necessary for proposals.
  2. Based on your preferences, the Oooh office will invite a local representative providing travel arrangement services to the chat.
  3. The local representative will greet you and start the consultation. (Separate online meetings are also possible, so please consult as needed.)
  4. Based on the hearing content, the representative will propose a travel plan and estimate.
  5. If there are any changes you want to make or questions you have, please consult each time to create a satisfactory travel plan.
Using the video conferencing system Zoom ( https://zoom.us/you can have face-to-face consultations with local representatives overseas. (Please consult if you prefer other meeting tools.)
You can confirm detailed requests and ask questions about local concerns on the spot. You can also directly hear about the local atmosphere and information only available there, which will enhance your travel image.
Please make use of online meetings with local representatives during consultations.
It's okay to turn off your camera during online meetings.

Travel application

The process from application to departure is as follows.

  1. Once your desired travel plan is decided, a 'Travel Application Form' will be issued in the chat.
  2. In the 'Travel Application Form,' please fill in the applicant's information and make the payment for the travel fee.
    (For bank transfers, please proceed with the transfer separately after filling out the travel application form.)
  3. After confirming the payment of the travel fee, the local travel company will begin the arrangement process.
  4. Once the arrangements are complete, vouchers and various informational materials will be provided in the chat.
  5. On the day of departure, please depart on your own.

There are two types of payment methods.
・Credit card payment
・Bank transfer

All applications require advance payment.
Please note that we do not accept payments on-site.
The details of each payment method, payment timing, and precautions are as follows.

<Credit Card Payment>
After confirming the travel details on the application screen, fill in your card information and press the 'Apply' button to complete the formal application, and the travel fee will be automatically charged to your card.
If you need to cancel after the payment is completed, please inform the travel agency you applied with.
Based on the cancellation policy presented at the time of your travel application, the travel agency will confirm the cancellation details and process the refund once the cancellation is completed.
Please note that depending on your credit card company, the reflection on your statement may occur in the following month or later.

<Bank transfer>
After confirming the travel details on the application screen and pressing the 'Apply' button to complete the application, please transfer the travel fee to our designated bank account by the payment deadline. (The application is formally completed upon the transfer of the travel fee.)
If you need to cancel after the payment is completed, please inform the travel agency you applied with.
Based on the cancellation policy presented at the time of your travel application, the travel agency will confirm the cancellation details and complete the cancellation process, after which we will refund to the account specified by the customer.

During consultation, we will provide travel fees in the currency specified by each travel agency, but the final payment will be in yen only. At Oooh, the currency specified by each travel agency is converted to Japanese yen using the exchange rate set by us for payment. Please note that payment is possible with a foreign currency credit card, but the card company may convert from yen to foreign currency, incurring exchange fees. Please be aware that any fees incurred using a foreign currency card will be borne by the customer.

At Oooh, payments are only made in yen. We do not accept changes to the payment currency. Please understand.

The currency specified by each travel agency is converted to Japanese yen using the exchange rate specified by us at the time of application creation for payment.
Please proceed with the payment again using one of the following methods.
- Contact the credit card company where the error occurred, resolve the error, and then fill out the application form again to proceed with the application.
- Fill out the application form with another available credit card and proceed with the application.
Online card payments are processed at the time of application completion. Please note that it is not on the participation date.
Please check your credit card statement for payment details.
Also, please contact your credit card company for the withdrawal date from your account.

After completing the application

Changes/Cancellations

Yes, it is possible. Please contact us via chat if you wish to change your reservation details. Please note that there may be fees or cancellation charges associated with changes, so please check with the travel agency you booked with.

If you wish to cancel, please check the cancellation policy and disclaimer for each content you applied for, and contact us via chat. The local staff will guide you through the cancellation procedure.

Each application content has its own cancellation policy, which can be confirmed in the proposal from the travel agency (representative) providing the service and in the 'Travel Application and Confirmation Form' at the time of application.

If the travel agency informs you of a refund amount in a currency other than Japanese yen, we will convert it to Japanese yen using the same exchange rate as at the time of application.
<In the case of credit card payment>
Please inform the travel agency you applied with about the cancellation.
Based on the cancellation policy presented at the time of your travel application, once the travel agency confirms the cancellation details and completes the cancellation process, a refund will be issued to the credit card used for payment.
Please note that the timing of the reflection on your credit card statement may vary depending on your credit card company and the terms of your contract.
Depending on the credit card company, the reflection on the statement may occur in the following month or later, so if you wish to know the exact timing, please contact your credit card company.

<In the case of bank transfer>
Please inform the travel agency you applied with about the cancellation.
Based on the cancellation policy presented at the time of your travel application, once the travel agency confirms the cancellation details and completes the cancellation process, we will refund the amount to the account specified by you.
