Travel Consultation

This is a person who is actually engaged in the travel industry overseas. We are experienced professionals who arrange and support local travel, so please feel free to contact us about anything.

We conduct face-to-face interviews and only those who have been judged to be suitable after confirming their work experience, achievements, correspondence, etc. In addition, we also check the local corporate registration and travel license, so we are travel professionals who can guide you with confidence.

Consultation is free of charge. Please feel free to contact us.

The flow of consultation is as follows.

  1. Please fill in the questionnaire form on the chat with your wishes.
    * It is possible to guide you directly by chat, but please note that it may take time to ask again what you need to propose.
  2. Depending on your wishes, at the Oooh SecretariatInvite local representatives who provide travel arrangement services to chat.
  3. The local representative will greet you and start the consultation. (SeparatelyIt is also possible to talk in an online meeting, so please contact us if necessary. )
  4. Based on the contents of the hearing, the person in charge will propose a travel plan and estimate.
  5. If you have any changes or questions, please contact us to create a satisfactory travel plan.
Video conferencing system Zoom ( https://zoom.us/ You can have a face-to-face consultation with a local person in charge overseas. (Please contact us if you would like other conferencing tools.) )
You can check the customer's detailed requests and ask questions about the local concerns on the spot. In addition, you can directly hear the local atmosphere and information that can only be heard here, so I think you will get a better idea of your trip.
By all means, please take advantage of the online meeting with the local site when consulting.
There is no problem if you turn off your camera during an online meeting.

Travel application

The flow from application to departure is as follows.

  1. Once you have decided on your desired travel plan, we will issue a "travel application form" on the chat.
  2. In the "Travel Application Form", fill in the applicant's information, andYou will be required to pay the travel fee.
    (In the case of bank transfer, please complete the transfer procedure separately after filling out the travel application form.) )
  3. After confirming the payment of the travel fee,We will start the arrangement procedure at the local travel agency.
  4. After the arrangement is completed, we will give you a voucher and various information materials via chat.
  5. Please depart on your own on the day of departure.

There are two types of payment methods in total.
・Credit card payment
・Bank transfer

All applications must be paid in advance.
Please note that we do not accept on-site payments.
The payment methods, payment timings, and precautions for each are as follows.

<Credit card payment>
After confirming the travel details on the application screen, fill in the card information, and press the "Apply" button to complete the official application and the travel fee will be automatically settled to your card.
In the case of cancellation after payment is completed, please inform the travel agency that made the application that you have canceled.
Based on the cancellation policy presented at the time of travel application, the travel agency will confirm the cancellation details and refund will be made when the cancellation process is completed.
Please note that depending on the credit card company you use, it may not be reflected in your statement until the following month.

<Bank transfer>
Please check the travel details on the application screen, press the "Apply" button to complete the application, and transfer the travel fee to the bank account designated by our company by the payment deadline. (The application will be officially completed with the transfer of the travel fee.) )
In the case of cancellation after payment is completed, please inform the travel agency that made the application that you have canceled.
Based on the cancellation policy presented at the time of travel application, the travel agency will confirm the cancellation details, complete the cancellation process, and then refund the money to the account designated by the customer.

During the consultation, we will inform you of the travel fee in the currency specified by each travel agency, but the final payment will be denominated in yen only. At OOOH, the currency specified by each travel agency is converted into Japan yen according to the exchange rate set by our company. Payment can also be made with a credit card denominated in a foreign currency, but the card company may convert it from yen to foreign currency and an exchange fee may be charged. Please note that you will be responsible for any fees incurred when using a foreign currency-denominated card.

In Oooh, payments can only be made in yen. We do not accept changes to the payment currency. Thank you for your understanding.

The currency specified by each travel agency will be converted into Japan yen according to the exchange rate specified by our company at the time of preparation of the application form.
Please use one of the following methods to complete the payment procedure again.
・Please contact the credit card company where the error occurred, resolve the error, fill out the application form again, and complete the application procedure.
・Please fill in the application form with other credit cards that can be used before completing the application procedure.
Online card payments will be processed upon completion of the application. Please note that it is not a participation day.
Please check your credit card statement for payment.
Also, please contact your credit card company for the date of withdrawal from your account.

After completing the application

Changes/Cancellations

It's possible. Please contact us via chat if you would like to change your reservation. Please note that there may be a fee or cancellation charge for the change, so please check with the travel agency where you made the application.

If you wish to cancel, please check the cancellation policy and disclaimer of each content you applied for and contact us via chat. The local staff will guide you through the cancellation procedure.

Each cancellation policy is set for each content of the application, and you can check the cancellation policy in the content of the proposal from the travel agency (person in charge) that provides the service and the "Travel Application / Confirmation Form" at the time of application.

If the travel agency contacts you with a refund amount in a currency other than Japan yen, the refund will be converted to Japan yen at the same exchange rate as the application.
<In the case of credit card payment>
Please inform the travel agency where you applied that you have canceled.
Based on the cancellation policy presented at the time of travel application, the travel agency will confirm the cancellation details and refund the credit card used for payment as soon as the cancellation process is completed.
Please note that the timing of reflection on your credit card statement varies depending on the details of your contract with your credit card company.
Depending on the credit card company, it may not be reflected in the statement until the following month or later, so if you would like to know the exact timing, please contact your credit card company.

<In the case of bank transfer>
Please inform the travel agency where you applied that you have canceled.
Based on the cancellation policy presented at the time of application for travel, the travel agency will confirm the cancellation details and refund the money to the account designated by the customer as soon as the cancellation process is completed.
