Before the term "individual travel" became common, we were established in July 2002 as the very first specialty store for individual travel within New Zealand. Prior to starting the business, in addition to my experience working at a travel agency in Japan, I also gained extensive on-site experience as a local guide for Japanese travel agencies overseas. Our company does not handle package tours or group tours. Have you consulted a Japanese travel agency but they couldn't arrange your desired travel itinerary...? As we are a travel agency operating locally, we will not cause such dissatisfaction. We carefully listen to each of your requests and assist you in creating original individual travel plans that cannot be realized by Japanese travel agencies.

After obtaining the national qualification of General Travel Business Handling Manager in Japan, I worked at a travel agency in Japan. After that, I went to Australia and worked as a tour guide. For the first few years after coming to New Zealand, I worked as a tour guide in Queenstown, mainly guiding to Mt. Cook and Milford Sound, and providing airport transfers. I moved to Christchurch in 2007 and have been primarily handling travel arrangements and planning since then. In the past, for ski group tours, I stayed in Queenstown for about two months during the ski season and was in charge of the ski desk for ski customers. I moved to Auckland in 2012 and am still primarily handling travel arrangements and planning. As I am also a mother of two, please feel free to entrust your family trips to me. I want to leverage my experience traveling extensively in New Zealand as an individual and my experience as a local guide in the South Island to consider and arrange itineraries that can best meet the wishes and requests of each individual customer, as is unique to individual travel.

Before the term "independent travel" became widely recognized, we established ourselves in July 2002 as New Zealand's first travel agency specializing in independent travel.
Before founding the company, I gained extensive experience not only working at a travel agency in Japan, but also as a local guide for a Japanese-affiliated travel company overseas.
At Global Net, we do not handle package tours or group travel.
Perhaps you have consulted a Japanese travel agency before, only to find they couldn't arrange the itinerary you wanted...
As a locally based travel agency, we ensure you will never experience such dissatisfaction.
We carefully listen to each of your requests and help you create a unique, tailor-made trip that Japanese travel agencies simply cannot offer.

After obtaining my national certification as a General Travel Services Manager in Japan, I worked at a Japanese travel agency.
I then went to Australia to work as a tour guide, and after coming to New Zealand, I spent my first few years in Queenstown guiding tours, mainly to Mount Cook and Milford, as well as providing airport transfers.
In 2007, I moved to Christchurch, where I focused primarily on travel arrangements and planning. In the past, I also spent about two months each ski season in Queenstown, managing the ski desk for ski groups.
In 2012, I moved to Auckland and have since been mainly arranging and planning trips. As a mother of two, I am also well-equipped to assist with family travel, so please feel free to leave your family trips to me.
Drawing on my personal travel experiences throughout New Zealand and my background as a local guide in the South Island, I would love to help you plan and arrange a personalized itinerary that caters to your individual wishes and requests—something only a custom trip can offer.
