Itinerary details

• Day 1

  

  Arrival in Kathmandu and sightseeing

  Upon arriving at Kathmandu Airport, meet your guide and transfer to your hotel.
  
  Then, embark on a sightseeing tour that includes visits to the following sites:
  • Pashupatinath Temple (a sacred Hindu site)
  • Bodnaath Stupa (one of Nepal’s largest stupas)
  
  After the tour, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

• Day 2

  

  Air travel to Lumbini & sightseeing

  After breakfast at the hotel, you will travel from Kathmandu to Lumbini by air (departing at 8:00 a.m., with a flight lasting 35 to 40 minutes).
  
  Upon arrival, enjoy a tour of Lumbini (a UNESCO World Heritage site).
  In Lumbini, you will visit the Maya Devi Temple, the birthplace of the Buddha, and the Ashoka Pillar. Afterwards, explore the monastic zone where you will see the Thai Monastery, Chinese Monastery, Japanese Monastery, Myanmar’s Golden Temple, the World Peace Pagoda, the Lumbini Museum, and more.
  
  After the tour, return to your hotel for accommodation.

• Day 3

  

  Return to Kathmandu for sightseeing

  After breakfast at the hotel, travel back to Kathmandu by air (departing at 8:00 a.m.).

  • Kathmandu Durbar Square (featuring the old palace and temple complex)
