Recommended travel points
Kilimanjaro, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site, is the highest peak on the African continent.
Kilimanjaro, one of the Seven Summits, the highest peaks on each of the seven continents, offers a variety of terrains and landscapes such as glaciers, desert areas, shrubs, and rocky areas. It is a mountain that anyone interested in mountaineering would want to climb at least once.
There are seven main climbing routes on Kilimanjaro.
The Marangu Route, which features hut accommodations, is popular among Japanese climbers, but our top recommendation is actually the Lemosho Route. With a flexible schedule, it allows for easier acclimatization and boasts a high summit success rate.
Unlike hut accommodations where you share rooms with others, staying in your own tent offers privacy and a more relaxing experience. In addition, you will have your own dedicated guide, cook, and porter, so you can enjoy your climb with peace of mind.
For a unique and personalized trip to Tanzania, leave it to Oooh. We will create a tailor-made Kilimanjaro climbing journey just for you.
