The Ballestas Islands, also known as the Little Galapagos, are a treasure trove of wildlife.
When you get on a boat and head out to sea, you'll see sea lions, Humboldt penguins, Peruvian gannets, seagulls and a variety of other seabirds in front of you.
Along the way, you'll also see the huge Candelabro de los Andes geoglyphs carved into the rocky mountains of the coast.
Its enigmatic presence makes us imagine its association with the Nazca Lines, further stirring up the romance of the journey.
After enjoying the island of Ballestas, we will move on to the airport in Pisco.
From here, hop aboard a light aircraft and take a flight to see another Peruvian miracle, the Nazca Lines, from the air.
Get a bird's-eye view of 12 iconic geoglyphs, including hummingbirds, monkeys, spiders, astronauts, hands, trees, dogs, whales, lizards, sharks, and more.
All of them are huge pieces of art, ranging from tens to hundreds of meters in diameter, but it is impossible to grasp the full picture on the ground.
From an aerial perspective, you will be amazed at its accuracy and scale.
The Nazca Lines are still shrouded in many mysteries as to who painted them, for what purpose, and how.
Although there are few clues to the truth, by actually seeing it with your own eyes, you can feel the scale and mystery that can never be conveyed by photographs or videos.
Enjoy the breath of wildlife and the footprints of ancient civilizations looking down from the sky, a journey full of emotion.

Day 1
Lima to Paracas
Departure from Jorge Chavez International Airport in Lima or your hotel in Lima city.
to the coastal town of Paracas.
Once you arrive, you're free to enjoy your time.
Spend some time at your leisure as you walk through charming fishing villages and gaze out over the pelicans along the beach.

Day 2
Paracas→ Ballestas Island→ Nazca Lines Flight→ Paracas
Breakfast at the hotel.
Meet your guide for a boat excursion to the Ballestas Islands, known as the 'Little Galapagos.'
Look out for a wide variety of animals, including seabirds, seals, and Humboldt penguins.
Be sure to also take a look at the 180-meter-high topographic map "Candelabro de los Andes".
Then, transfer to the airfield for a Nazca Lines flight.
See hummingbirds, dogs, hands, astronauts, trees, spiders, whales, lizards, sharks, and 12 of the most famous Nazca Lines.

Paracas to Lima
