In Ethiopia, I chartered a guide and driver for a 3-night, 5-day schedule to visit Addis Ababa and meet the tribes in the lower Omo River region.

Just before the trip, the domestic flight I had planned was canceled, and I thought I would not be able to meet the tribes in the lower Omo River region. However, with a quick response, I was able to visit via an alternative route, and I was able to meet the local representative. Even though the two of us only understood Japanese, they kindly assisted us while translating our conversations. Additionally, they taught us how to take photos, allowing us to have a meaningful time and create many memories.

I am not sure if there was some issue, but the seats on the domestic flight from Addis Ababa were not the adjacent seats that had been agreed upon. Therefore, I had to repeatedly confirm the return domestic flight. I should have asked more, but I would have liked to know if there were any circumstances regarding this.

In conclusion, I would like to use your service again.

Visited Lima, Nazca, Cusco, and Machu Picchu in Peru during the winter vacation. It was a reassuring trip as the travel agency staff and guides provided constant support via WhatsApp even when they were not present.

I thought the flight on the day would be delayed and things wouldn't go as planned, but the guide adjusted everything, allowing us to enjoy plenty of sightseeing, and we were even able to visit the illuminated temples. We were taken to local restaurants that we wouldn't have been able to go to ourselves, and we were able to savor Egyptian cuisine. The guide we had was well-versed in archaeology, and we were able to immerse ourselves deeply in the world of ancient Egypt.

The trip I had planned to take 30 years ago with a backpack was canceled midway, and I was finally able to continue it after all these years. The physical and financial sensations differ between traveling in my 20s and now in my 50s, but I was able to have the trip I had envisioned. My only regret is that I didn't study English for 30 years. There were some unexpected events at the end, but it turned out to be a meaningful trip. I would like to use your services again.

The nature reserve on the first day allowed us to observe various animals, which was very good.
Unfortunately, the volcano tour on the second day was disappointing due to the weather. The coffee plantation was vast and we enjoyed nature. You listed gourmet information, and such responses unique to local tour companies are very helpful.

I would like to mention that the exchanges on the chat tool were somewhat unclear, and it was difficult to determine which file was the final version. In the end, you emailed the files, which was helpful as it allowed me to forward them to my companions.

1 I was anxious as it was my first trip with Oooh, but the communication via chat was very quick, and I started to feel more at ease.
2 I think the price is reasonable.
3 The hotels arranged had some inconsistencies, and I wonder what criteria were used for selection. I understand that regional hotels might be different, but I would have liked more information in advance about why the tourist spots were priced this way.
3 I thought the quality of the two guides was high. They listened to our requests quite well.
4 Meals are a significant part of the enjoyment of travel, but honestly, I wished there was a bit more variety.
Dishes from South India, North India, and other regions, etc. I understand there might be a balance with sightseeing, but I hope this point can be improved.
5 The final home visit was a special program.
I thought it would be a professional family, but it was really an ordinary family, and the hosts were also nervous, making it a unique experience.
Overall, it offers a completely different experience from group travel, so I recommend it.

As it was a trip, there were various unexpected things, but above all, thanks to the heartfelt support of the local staff, I was able to have a safe and enjoyable journey.

As advice for those planning a trip with Oooh:
1. I think it's necessary to have the mindset of creating your own travel plan. In other words, unlike other tours, this is a customized plan for each individual, so you need to clearly express any uncertainties or what you want to do (waiting won't get you anywhere). The staff at Oooh will do their best to respond to customer requests, and while I didn't experience it, I believe they will clearly state when something is impossible.

2. As a request to Oooh, I think it would be better if the issuance of the itinerary could be done a bit earlier. After all, we end up confirming the content after the itinerary is issued. Secondly, although there is automatic translation, the English version is the "correct" one, so if you could be a bit more careful with word choices, misunderstandings would decrease, and as a result, both Oooh and travelers would have less hassle and worry. (For example: there was an expression of Our mobility, but it could be better to phrase it as Guide & Driver.)
