It was good that there was no delay.

During the eight days of rushing from the north to the south and into the western desert, I was able to complete my journey without any delays or troubles, thanks to the efforts and cooperation of the local staff. This is the most important thing.
It was great to be able to talk with the Japanese-speaking guide not only about the ruins but also about current events and our respective cultures. The private car was comfortable to ride in, and despite long distances and rough roads, I did not get tired.

Including my own reflections, here are some points for reference for the next trip.
- In the Nubian village of Aswan, the sightseeing we had planned ended quickly, and we ended up having too much free time. The guide was not very knowledgeable, so we couldn't explore much and had to leave, which felt a bit wasteful. I should have researched local information and geography beforehand.
- In the White Desert, although they said it was complimentary, we were guided to sand sliding and ended up being asked for tips. The travel cost was already inclusive of tips for the guide and driver, but I did not understand what would incur additional tips.
- We stayed one night in the White Desert, but I missed the opportunity to enjoy the starry sky and sunrise, which was a pity. I should have set my own alarm clock.
- Even if it was within the time limit and on the way to the destination, if we detoured to an unexpected sightseeing spot, there was an additional charge of at least US$50 for each stop. I underestimated this.
- All the partner stores of the travel agency, including the Khan el-Khalili market, are expensive (the quality may be good, though). Also, I was pushed to buy T-shirts (over 5000 yen each!). The pressure was quite strong (laughs). I wanted to buy as many inexpensive souvenirs as possible for my friends, but I ran out of budget. I should have researched the market prices and store information for affordable souvenirs.
- The driver provided water, and if the guide helped me buy water on the street, there was a charge of 50 pounds/350ml each time. After researching later, it seemed to be more expensive than buying normally...??
- If meals are not included in the itinerary, if the guide takes you to a restaurant, lunch costs US$25 to $50, which was surprisingly high for the quality of the meal. I thought I should have researched the local prices in advance or been taken to a place where I could choose from a menu to some extent.
- One day, during an itinerary that included lunch, we went to a street-side eatery, but the staff served food by hand, swatted away many flies while eating, and only tap water was provided for drinks. As an unaccustomed traveler, I felt concerned about health and ended up leaving most of the food uneaten.

Thank you very much for allowing me to participate in my first trip to Vietnam and my first customized tour.
The daily schedule was very fulfilling, and there was no wasted time at all. We were able to move efficiently from one sightseeing spot to another, maximizing our experiences within the limited travel period. Especially, the itinerary centered around World Heritage sites fulfilled my wishes.
I was very satisfied that there were no forced shopping stops, which are often seen in many tours, allowing us to purely focus on sightseeing and cultural experiences. There was no waste of time, and I was able to see only what I really wanted to see.
I participated in a small group tour from Japan, and the quality of the tour members was very high; everyone kept time, had good manners, and the overall atmosphere of the group was very pleasant.
I was amazed by the quality of the sightseeing bus we used. It was a luxurious bus with massage chairs, making long-distance travel very comfortable. This kind of luxurious means of transportation was a first-time experience for me and was very helpful in relieving travel fatigue.
What impressed me the most was that during the 6-day tour, we had 3 days of private tours with professional Japanese-speaking guides. In Japan, just one day of a private tour can cost as much as the entire expense of this trip, so I was surprised by the high cost performance. Such services were so fulfilling at this price that they are unimaginable in Japan. The selection of the local partner travel company was also good, allowing us to enjoy the trip with peace of mind.
From this wonderful experience, I would like to use Oooh's customized tours for all my future overseas travels. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

During the planning stage, the adjustments made by the local guide did not go smoothly, and it was a difficult situation where a change to another local company was decided as the date approached. However, they responded very well, and we were able to have an enjoyable trip. My friend who traveled with me was on their first overseas trip, and it seems to have become a good memory!

There was some ambiguity regarding whether the meal costs would be paid by the guide as an expense or by the travelers, so I think it would have been better to clarify this in advance.

Both Hanoi and Da Nang were impressive due to the kindness of the tour guides. It was amazing!
On the tour bus, they taught us about Vietnam's history and products, which deepened our knowledge. I was grateful because I was ignorant.
What I regretted was choosing the hotel in Da Nang. They recommended the Furama Resort, but I got greedy and chose a place near the beach where I could immediately do water sports. That hotel was indeed great with an ocean view, but when I visited the Furama Resort Hotel (photo of the peacock) on the last day, I found that the private beach was easily accessible, the restaurant's food was delicious, and the atmosphere was top-notch, worthy of 5 stars. Next time, I want to stay at the Furama Resort.

They listened to my detailed requests, and I was able to go where I wanted and do what I wanted!
Due to the time difference, we ended up messaging each other late at night, but I think it generally went smoothly from the planning stage.

It was an Egypt tour with a group of five mainly seniors. We traveled on a higher-class cruise ship from Luxor to Aswan. In Aswan, we stayed at the Old Cataract Hotel, which fulfilled all our wishes. Along the way, there were incidents with the flight time changing due to daylight saving time and issues regarding dinner charges, but we managed to complete our sightseeing schedule without major troubles, for which I am grateful. Thank you to our guide, Mustafa. Lastly, I was also happy to meet Honey, who came to the hotel. Thank you very much.

This was my first time using this service for my trip to Egypt and Jordan.
Initially, I had concerns about not meeting in person, but being able to communicate via chat and WhatsApp from the application process through the trip brought me peace of mind.
The ease of communication through chat made it easy to express my requests, and I was able to quickly learn about any changes to the itinerary.
Additionally, there was a time difference with the local travel company, and I appreciated being informed if there would be delays in responses or if the assigned person could answer specific inquiries.

We were blessed with good weather, and the planning was absolutely excellent! It was very comfortable with the guidance of a kind guide. If there is a business class flight to Cairns that is flat, I would have no complaints.
