The guides and drivers in both Antananarivo and Morondava were truly wonderful people, and thanks to them, it became an unforgettable trip.
Their local support was very thorough, allowing us to travel without stress.
Additionally, they were fluent in Japanese, so we were able to hear real stories about Madagascar and learned a lot beyond just sightseeing.
Honestly, I initially thought the price was high, but considering the lack of anxiety and stress during the private trip, having a guide fluent in Japanese, and experiencing the charm of Madagascar beyond expectations, I believe it was a trip worth more than the price.

Due to having organized a large tour in Kenya/Morocco before and after, my stay in Tunisia focused on a minimal tour request, placing importance on a leisurely stay, so the extent of support needed was not necessarily large, but I received attentive assistance.
The meals at the restaurant I was taken to were delicious, and since the guide spoke Japanese, my wife and child, who are not good with foreign languages, were able to communicate with a great sense of security, providing a good release during the long journey.
I was able to fully understand the atmosphere and charm of the city of Tunis, and this stay made me want to take a little more time next time to see other cities in Tunisia.

Although not directly related to the tour content provided, Tunis itself becomes less crowded at night, and there was a slight sense of unease for women walking alone. Additionally, as there were fewer open shops, it was somewhat difficult to procure water and food, and I want to note that trying to move with a 3-year-old in a stroller was challenging due to the poor roads, increasing fatigue.

I stayed in Nairobi for three days, then moved to Maasai Mara for a two-night, three-day game drive, and then returned to Nairobi to catch a late-night flight to another country. I requested this schedule and appreciated the flexibility in planning.
Nairobi had recently experienced the sudden passing of a politically significant figure, making the situation somewhat unpredictable, but I received excellent support from the moment I arrived at the airport, including a fully attentive driver. The hotel provided was also relatively safe and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable.

I am grateful for the multifaceted consideration given due to my small children, which further increased my satisfaction.
Additionally, the driver and guide were wonderful in personality and work ethic, and I was able to spend several days with them as partners I could genuinely respect, making it hard to leave Kenya.

As for meals, it was inevitably not like in Japan, so my wife and children’s appetites diminished, but this is something one must be prepared for when staying in Africa. Personally, I found everything delicious.

While watching the setting sun in the Maasai Mara at dusk, a herd of giraffes crossed right in front of me, and I was struck by an indescribably magical scene. I captured it in photos, but seeing it with my own eyes was overwhelmingly better, so I would recommend visiting at least once.
I was unable to see animals with a high difficulty level, such as leopards and rhinos, so I would like to revisit the safari in a different way.

I was able to travel in Peru with a one-on-one guide, which was reassuring.
I could leave all the arrangements for flights and schedule changes to them, allowing me to focus on creating memories.
I would like to request another individual trip on-site next time.

I thoroughly enjoyed the museums on my solo trip to Paris. It was my second time in Paris, but the Eiffel Tower and Seine River cruise suggested by the coordinator were the best! Including the time they reserved for me, these were choices I wouldn't have encountered with just my own knowledge and guidebooks. From consultation to reservation to departure, the communication was prompt and polite, with no stress!
I would like to rely on them again next time.

I planned a 7-day travel itinerary this time, and I was able to enjoy a fulfilling and dream-like memorable trip every day! I am very grateful for the kind assistance in every scene, from airport transfers, hotel check-ins, to nature reserve guidance, and for answering all my questions politely. I also enjoyed the information about local street food. I would be happy to ask for your help again when traveling to Africa.

Since it is difficult to secure a substantial amount of time during normal times, I was anxious about deciding on an itinerary in a country I was visiting for the first time, especially not knowing about the local safety, so I requested arrangements.
I only sent a rough idea of the places I wanted to go and things I wanted to do, but they smoothly organized an itinerary that met my wishes, and I was able to finalize it in about three weeks after I thought of it. The accommodation was relatively good, and overall I was satisfied.
I would like to point out two areas for improvement.
First, I think it would have been better if the accommodation was a bit cheaper. For example, I later felt it would have been nice to have been presented with a few two-star options that had the minimum necessary facilities and good access (I also regret not asking about this during the consultation...).
Additionally, I would have liked the cost breakdown and itinerary to be a bit more detailed. There were points where the actual costs differed from what was written, such as the transportation costs being stated to be purchased locally for the guide but were actually not needed, so I realized that I could have exchanged a little less money.
I am considering asking Oooh for my next trip as well, so I would appreciate your improvements. Once again, thank you very much for your help this time.

This time, I wanted to slowly travel to the Cape of Good Hope in South Africa and see for myself what I learned about "apartheid" in school, so I requested through Oooh.
With a guide and a Japanese interpreter, I was able to deeply experience local life and religion with three local township guides and myself during the tour of Langa.
Although I was nervous as it was my first time in Cape Town, I was able to enjoy the trip because I could trust these reliable people.
I believe that the arrangements were necessary precisely because we chose to visit areas with poor security.
Moreover, what I felt the most was the role of a bridge. As a traveler, I do not know much about South Africa, so the importance of the guide and the Japanese interpreter was significant.

When making arrangements, I was confused by the ambiguous responses from the travel agency regarding the amount I had in mind, but I think it was good that Oooh acted as an intermediary in that regard.
I felt that there might be challenges when Oooh serves as a bridge between local travel companies and travelers in the future, but I believe it was good that I was able to travel safely and that they also made suggestions.
