Tanzania

Although I arranged my flight tickets and accommodation individually, I felt that there was little information about Tanzania, and the prices and contents of the safari tours available online varied widely and seemed unreliable. Therefore, I arranged only the safari tour through this company. Initially, I felt the price was a bit high, but with the reassurance of having a local representative, the private tour accommodations were comfortable, and most importantly, thanks to the flexibility of Mr. Matsuoka, the local representative, and the local guide in accommodating my detailed requests, I was able to enjoy a satisfying tour and ultimately felt it was worth more than the price.
Additionally, from the inquiry stage, the response was prompt and polite, and the itinerary they created made it easy to share information with my traveling companion, who lived far away, right up until just before departure.

I traveled to the Door to Hell and Ashgabat on a 2-night, 3-day plan.
There was also a plan to see only the Door to Hell in one night, but in the end, I was glad to see the capital, Ashgabat, as well! The guide's English was easy to understand, and although I am not very good at English, the explanations were easy to comprehend. Turkmenistan was a place that is hard to imagine for Japanese people, but everyone was kind, the security was good, and it was a beautiful city, so I recommend seeing it at least once.
As a note, it is advisable to do a little research on Turkmenistan's political background (the guide will explain it too), and you should bring your own toilet paper as it may not be available outside urban areas. Also, there was currency exchange near the border, but the rates were poor, so I do not recommend it. It may vary depending on the tour, so please confirm, but our tour was all-inclusive, and the guide paid for it, so we ultimately did not need Turkmenistan's currency.

Over a total of 17 days, we visited the geoglyphs of Cusco, Machu Picchu, the Uyuni Salt Flat, and Iguazu Falls.
For the two 79-year-olds, it was a trip that could be called a challenge to their limits. However, thanks to the heartfelt support from the guides at each location, it became an inspiring journey.
Along the way, I contracted salmonella and suffered from severe diarrhea, but with the guide's appropriate judgment, local doctors and nurses made house calls to our hotel room, allowing me to receive blood tests, IV drips, and antibiotics, and we were somehow able to continue our trip as planned.
Above all, the special trip designed just for the two of us, rather than a large group tour, was enjoyable and comfortable.
From the preparation stage to the actual trip, being able to communicate via WhatsApp was a great reassurance. Thank you for your support.

I was able to enjoy aurora sightseeing even in September. It was a wonderful tour. I was able to see the aurora clearly.
Since this was a schedule combined with work, it was complicated, but it was arranged well.
There was a change in the meeting time with the guide along the way. I didn't receive this information well and felt a bit anxious, but in the end, I was able to get in touch and it was safe. Thank you.

The trip to France was amazing.
Finland

This time, I started planning an overseas trip because I want to see the aurora in Finland! However, whether I can see the aurora depends on luck, so I wanted to make it a fun and free trip even if I can't see the aurora. I wanted to plan the itinerary myself, but I was anxious about booking hotels and local transportation... That's when I found Oooh. At Oooh, a supporter who is knowledgeable about the destination took charge, and when I conveyed my requests and budget, they devised an itinerary accordingly! There were times when I received messages late at night or in the morning, possibly due to the time difference with the supporter, but overall, I think they responded quickly. Even when I conveyed detailed requests, they accommodated me, and sometimes offered advice, allowing me to create a really exciting itinerary. Of course, Oooh took care of the hotel and bus arrangements. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the aurora this time, but I was able to freely sightsee otherwise, and it became a very enjoyable trip! Fortunately, I was able to spend the trip without any troubles, and since Oooh had contacted me in advance saying to reach out if anything happened, I was able to relax during my trip.
It might be a bit expensive for the freedom it offers. However, because I don't get to travel often, I am very satisfied that I could fulfill my ideal trip packed with what I want to do through Oooh!
Italy

It was a trip with the purpose of seeing the daily life in Milan and Venice, Italy.
It was a journey where I could learn about the lifestyle, thoughts, and work of each place.
While including general tourist spots,
it was a short time, but it was a good trip that allowed me to understand the perspective of those who live there.
If possible, it would have been nice to have a little break time within the 3 hours.
I was thirsty and feeling a bit exhausted in the heat (laughs)
Thank you very much.

I traveled to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands. The memorials where you can experience the equator and the old town of Quito were interesting tourist spots unique to Ecuador. I also had a great time in the Galapagos Islands, and I'm really glad I asked Oooh for help! My dream of going to South America has come true!

Egypt
2025/09/12
Both my husband and I were beginners in overseas travel, but this year we wanted to go on a trip to Egypt that we had always dreamed of, so we asked Oooh for help!
Actually, we considered many other travel companies, but there weren't any travel courses that covered all the places we wanted to go, or they didn't fit our budget, or they didn't have a Japanese guide.
Oooh carefully communicated with us through chat to create a travel plan that allowed us to go to all the places we wanted to visit♪
This time we requested a slightly hard course for 9 days from Cairo → Bahariya → Luxor → Aswan → Abu Simbel → Alexandria!
For all 9 days, we had the same Japanese guide with us, and the drivers changed at each location!
When we actually went to Egypt, we were welcomed by a very reliable and kind Japanese guide with a gentle atmosphere, and all the drivers were wonderful people, making it a fun time throughout♪
All the hotels provided were as we requested, with wonderful views of the pyramids, the Nile River, and the Mediterranean from our rooms!
Also, regarding tips, it was not necessary for the guide and drivers, and we received 1 or 2 bottles of mineral water for free each day! (When we told the guide we wanted water, they would ask the hotel for us, and we could get several bottles for free♪)
The money we spent locally was mainly for drinks during lunch, dinner (we were so full from breakfast and lunch that we hardly had dinner, haha), tips for porters, tips for the restroom, souvenir costs, and tips when riding camels!
I think it's best to exchange money as soon as you arrive and before starting sightseeing!
When we rode camels, we were sometimes asked for tips in Japanese yen when we said we didn't have Egyptian pounds!
Regarding souvenirs, if you tell the guide what you want to buy, they will take you to a legitimate souvenir shop, where they also demonstrate how the souvenirs are made, so we could shop with peace of mind!
As for our health, there were times when both we and the guide had stomach issues! Haha
We brought medicine from Japan, but it didn't work well, so they took us to a local pharmacy, and after that, we were able to continue sightseeing happily♪♪
I plan to ask Oooh for help again the next time I go on an overseas trip!
It became an unforgettable memory for a lifetime!
Thank you so very much!!
