Thanks to you, the travel and movement during the trip went smoothly. There were times when I felt like I had extra time, but it turned out to be a relaxed trip. I arrived in Bern in the morning and couldn't check into the hotel room, so I wandered around the city a bit, but I thought it would overlap with the tour at 3 o'clock, so I rested in the hotel lobby. It would have been better if the communication with the local Swiss had been a little smoother.

I arranged a private tour to visit the filming locations of Jean-Jacques Annaud's movie 'The Lover', based on Marguerite Duras' 'The Lover'. This tour is rarely offered by Japanese travel agencies, and the Japanese guide provided detailed explanations and was very accommodating, allowing us to enter the world of the film, making it the best trip ever. Since it's far from Ho Chi Minh City, it would have been difficult to go alone, so I am truly grateful for the collaboration with the local travel agency. Thank you very much.

This time, I used the service for a solo trip.
I ended up deciding on the travel schedule at the last minute, but despite the time difference, the responses via chat were quick, and they promptly arranged an English-speaking guide, driver, and hotel, allowing me to travel safely without any inconvenience.
During the trip, there was one instance where the hotel said that lunch, which should have been included in the tour fee, was not included, which confused me. However, when I checked with Oooh! via chat, they immediately contacted the hotel owner and resolved the issue. It was great that communication was smooth even during the trip.
Also, the guide took many great photos from good angles, which made me happy!
As for the tour content, since this was my first time in Madagascar, it was a standard itinerary, but I was able to see many lemurs and enjoy the beautiful views of the baobabs and Tsingy, which made me very satisfied.
One thing I thought I should have arranged differently in the tour content was the Chameleon Park we stopped at on the way back from Vakona. It was interesting to see Madagascar's endemic chameleons up close, but since I wasn't that interested in chameleons, it felt similar to visiting a reptile house in Japan. This time, I couldn't see the ring-tailed lemurs, so I thought it would have been nice to visit the lemur park near Tana, even though it seems to be in a slightly different direction.
Additionally, there was time for shopping at supermarkets, and I communicated what I wanted to buy to the guide, but I couldn't find the baobab soap and baobab jam I was looking for until the end, which left me a bit regretful... It would be great if you could research in advance where the popular souvenirs are sold for travelers!
Finally, domestic travel (especially between Morondava and Bekopaka) has bad roads and can be long-distance, but as I looked at the changing scenery, the numerous baobabs along the way, and the local villages, it surprisingly went by quickly and wasn't as tough as I had worried it would be. For those considering a trip to Madagascar, I hope you can enjoy it safely and healthily by making good use of the tour company, including transportation. Thank you for the wonderful trip!
