Africa, a place I had vaguely dreamed of visiting someday.
Captivated by the model plan photos from Oooh, I decided to go to Morocco to fulfill my dream of "riding camels in the Sahara Desert!"

My first time in Africa, and traveling alone.
I had a mix of expectations and anxieties, but Jumi, who planned the itinerary, answered all my detailed questions patiently, allowing me to focus on my preparations. (I am truly grateful.)

My trip to Morocco had various incidents, but riding camels to watch the sunset in the Sahara Desert, the starry sky that night, and witnessing the sunrise from the sand dunes...
Everything was beautiful and became an unforgettable experience.

I can only express my gratitude to Karim, who supported me as a driver and a little guide throughout the entire journey.
Completing a safe solo trip within a limited schedule and budget was all thanks to everyone.
I am really glad I took the plunge and set off on this journey.

I went on a family trip to the Baltic States!
My father has difficulty walking, so a tour seemed difficult, so we chose to travel independently. I inquired with other companies, but oooh was more flexible and cheaper, so I decided to go with them. Of course, it was more expensive than a tour, but I was able to visit only the places I liked and go to places that are not included in the tour, making it a very satisfying trip.
I basically decided all the places and schedule myself and only arranged for an English-speaking driver. I recommend this for those looking for a custom-made trip with specific preferences rather than just leaving everything to someone else!

I have always admired the Nordic countries, but when it comes to a tour, the currencies and languages are different, and there is so much to research including the route...
Honestly, I thought it might be too much to plan everything myself, so I decided to use a custom-made tour for the first time.

What I realized after asking for it was that the 'no-stress schedule' and 'sense of security' were on a different level! 👏

Just by roughly conveying the 'places I want to go' and 'things I absolutely want to do', they proposed a route that really matched my wishes, and I felt very trustworthy✨

I was able to move efficiently, but without overloading.
I traveled on an ideal route that I would never have found on my own, and I am very satisfied🥰

The custom-made tour felt like the freedom of individual travel remained, while the 'burden of thinking' was taken on by the professionals🙆‍♀️ I'm really glad I asked for it!

Visited the market of the ethnic group living in the mountainous region of Odisha.

I appreciate your response to my sudden inquiry, including the arrangement of a guide from Delhi and suggestions for transportation.
I am very grateful for everyone's support.

Regarding the guide, I felt quite rushed during the market visit.
The original purpose was to enjoy the market, and I was taking photos, but being rushed was not a pleasant experience.
Of course, I understand it was to consider the time for the next move, but I was told that the visit time for the market was about 30 minutes.
(Isn't that too short...? After that, I was scheduled to move to a hotel in another city in about 6 hours.)
In the end, I was able to stay at that market for about an hour,
and since I was guided by a local person, I am grateful to the guide for the arrangements.
Also, I was able to stop by a village that was not in the itinerary,
and I was very thankful for the flexible response in that regard.

Additionally, I felt that it would have been better if we could communicate a bit more in Japanese. Even when rephrasing in simple Japanese slowly, there were times when I received a "?" mark,
so while the guide was very polite and supportive in various ways,
I think it would be good if this could be improved a little.

I have expressed various complaints, but thanks to everyone's support, it turned out to be a satisfying tour.

We traveled around various parts of Italy for about 10 days with the whole family.
Since there were 7 of us, including children from 3 generations, and we were coming from both the United States and Japan, we couldn't go with a package tour, but thanks to the various customizations, we were able to travel smoothly.
The arrangements for airport transfers to the hotel, local guide arrangements, tickets for various tourist spots and museums that allowed us to enter without waiting in line, and signing up for local tours were all handled collectively, which was a great help as it would have been cumbersome to manage on our own.
I think it would have been even better if options like high-speed train upgrades and hotel upgrade patterns were suggested, but my family was still very satisfied, so it turned out to be a comfortable trip.

They put together quite a tight schedule for us.
The driver on the chartered car really worked hard to drive long distances, and the conductor was a cheerful and fun person, which allowed us to have an enjoyable time.
Additionally, the hotel room was better than expected (although it was said to be a room without a window, it actually had a window, and regardless of the view, it was nice to have the morning sun coming in) and since the conductor handed us a form in advance for the hotels where they wouldn't accompany us, check-in was smooth.
It truly became a wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

I recommend consulting with some flexibility in the dates, understanding that there are time zone differences and other circumstances.
