It was my first time on the African continent and my first time in Morocco, so I used Oooh! which seemed to offer a certain degree of freedom.
I had concerns about whether there was good communication between the people at Oooh! and the driver,
but I was able to go to the places I wanted, the driver was kind, and overall it was a good trip.

It was a trip to South America.
Usually, I arrange flights and local tours myself, but I heard that it is difficult to purchase from the airline's website, the local security is not good, and it is hard to negotiate smartly since it is not an English-speaking area, so I entrusted everything except for the round-trip tickets for entering and exiting South America, including airport transfers and selecting seemingly safe hotels.
The conclusion is that I am very satisfied.
Due to a significant last-minute change in my schedule, the flexibility in handling the situation when I couldn't get tickets for Machu Picchu during local purchases and being able to consult was a big plus.
The local transfer was also reassuring, even in areas where Uber itself seemed suspicious.
There were two points of concern, but I will leave them as there is still room for improvement.
First, it would be better if the breakdown of costs was a bit more detailed.
There are separate costs for airfare and local tour expenses, but I thought it would be clearer if I could know how much was incurred for which tour in which country before making the payment. This time, since the budget was around the limit, I made the payment without delving deeper.
Next is communication. The culture of the country may also be a factor. I can consult with the person coordinating everything via WhatsApp during the trip, but if the driver does not arrive on time for late-night transfers, it was concerning that I couldn't confirm in real-time. They were not particularly apologetic about it.
Additionally, there were areas where I had to check the local schedule with the local travel agency from my side, or areas where they only communicated plans verbally, which made it easier for miscommunication to occur due to language barriers.
Later, I received an apology from the overall coordinator, but I felt a temperature difference in response between the local travel agency and the Oooh management side.
For example, if the local travel agency could also be included in the WhatsApp group chat mentioned above, I felt it would reduce communication discrepancies.
In conclusion, I was satisfied enough to think I would ask again if I wanted to go to areas where language and security are worrisome.
I thought that if the communication methods were improved, the added value would exceed the cost.

We had a plan centered around the South Island of New Zealand for our honeymoon.

Thanks to the fact that we mentioned it was our honeymoon, we were able to celebrate at several hotels and destinations, which became very memorable.
The hotels you suggested were all easily accessible from the city center and were spacious and wonderful, more than enough for the two of us.
Particularly, the view from the room at the Hermitage Hotel in Mount Cook was amazing.

Since we are not fond of typical package tours, your proposal for a tour that allows us to freely sightsee while still providing solid arrangements for hotels and transportation was perfect for us!
Considering that we were in an unfamiliar area and the hassle of making reservations, it was truly a good decision to leave it to you.

I was able to enjoy sightseeing slowly in both Tallinn and Riga using walking and public transportation.
Of course, we visited the planned sightseeing spots, but while confirming our preferences, we were able to adjust the schedule for additional sightseeing, such as listening to the organ performance in Riga, which was a valuable experience.

I was also taught how to use the local transportation, how to purchase tickets, and how to confirm the bus travel between Tallinn and Riga, which was reassuring and very helpful.

I was very satisfied with the Oooh system.
It was great to have an excellent support person like Mr. Yamagami between me and the local travel company when planning a custom-made trip like this one, as they accurately understood my requests and reflected them in the itinerary. In particular, I was very grateful for the detailed investigation and polite responses to my questions, which clarified any uncertainties. Thank you very much.

The explanations from the guide with around 30 years of experience,
rich in knowledge, provided information that cannot be obtained
without a guide, which I was very satisfied with.
Also, even at tourist spots with many visitors, the guide was well-versed
in the arrangements for efficiently purchasing tickets and
navigating the area, allowing for a fulfilling tour in a short time.

I thought the price was a bit high, but
having support from the airport and back,
I believe it was the most important thing to travel safely and securely.

The aurora experience at 2 points and a 1.5-day sightseeing in Helsinki.
The aurora cabin in Saariselkä was
very luxurious and a lovely space.
The aurora tour was a private tour,
and I was deeply moved to see the aurora.
The aurora tour in Rovaniemi was
a lively tour, and although the aurora was
faint, it was a lot of fun.

The guide upon arrival in Helsinki was also very good,
with a fulfilling content despite being only 3 hours.

What worried me was that,
when transferring to the bus from Rovaniemi to Saariselkä,
there was nearly a 4-hour wait,
and the bus stop in Rovaniemi was deserted,
which made me anxious, and it was cold to wait outside,
so I went back to the station and killed time at a café.
I would have appreciated having information about this area.

The location of the tour shop in Rovaniemi was
different from the location provided on Google Maps,
which was troublesome.
Others who participated in the same tour said
the same thing.

In any case, your support via chat was
extremely helpful.

It was a family trip to Thailand with my adult child. We had a guide who was fluent in Japanese, and he was very trustworthy. The driver was also kind, and for someone like me who doesn't speak English, I felt very secure and was able to enjoy the trip.
