I requested a year-end and New Year tour. Adults were looking forward to the history of places like Carthage and Roman ruins, but to make it enjoyable for the children as well, we wanted to combine various places such as Star Wars filming locations, desert oasis walks, and glamping stays. However, we couldn't satisfy this with the package products from Japanese tour companies, so we had it arranged as an original tour. Since we asked for a slightly higher-ranked hotel, the price ended up being quite reasonable, but the content was more fulfilling than the package products from Japanese tour companies, the hotels were good, and the total cost was arranged to be comparatively cheaper. From before the reservation to just before departure, they kindly provided information on any unclear points, made various suggestions, and reviewed the itinerary multiple times, responding very carefully. The local tour guide and driver were also very nice, providing attentive service and very detailed explanations, making it a very enjoyable experience. The children seemed to particularly enjoy glamping at the desert oasis and surprisingly found the ruins exploration fun. We went during the year-end and New Year, and while it was quite warm during the day on the Mediterranean side with a trainer and coat, at night in the desert, it was freezing cold, to the extent that we went to sleep without changing clothes due to the temperature difference, so those traveling around should pay attention to their clothing. Thank you very much.

The quick response after the request was very good.
However, the price increased midway, which somewhat diminished my trust.
Regarding the proposal, I felt that I would like them to think and propose after communicating a bit more.
That said, as mentioned above, the quick response in Japanese provided a sense of reassurance.

I had a wonderful trip with my daughter, and I am very grateful to the guide and the driver for their help. I don't think I could have organized such a fulfilling schedule on my own, so I really enjoyed the great tour they arranged.
However, many cafes and retail stores only accept payments via Taipei QR code or cash, and credit cards are not widely accepted, so I think it would be good to have the Taipei app installed when going to Thailand. During the dry season, it might be helpful to have a mask as it can be a bit harsh on the throat.

A sudden decision for a trip to Thailand about two months ago with my best friend from school days.
Our local guide Da was very cheerful and kind, and a wonderful person who taught us a lot about the local area, making it a safe and enjoyable trip.
He was also very good at taking photos!
There were some slight concerns as the person I communicated with before going to Thailand didn't seem to read what I initially conveyed, made a few mistakes with the schedule, and when providing the budget, it changed from a total for two people to a per person rate, but overall, the suggestions were very detailed.

Indeed, private tours are easy for transportation and are great.

In this trip to Kenya, I wanted to create an experience that not only focused on safari but also allowed us to learn about the country, its cities, and the lives of its people. While many travel companies only offered safari-centered tours, this company proposed an original plan that truly captured our wishes.

On-site, we had a dedicated local Kenyan driver and guide accompanying us from the arrival airport to the departure airport, which made us feel safe and secure. Additionally, we were able to hear various stories from our guide about Kenya's history, politics, climate, transportation, and healthcare, making it an ideal trip that we could never have achieved on our own. During the safari, the guide provided very detailed explanations about the animals, allowing us to feel even more captivated by the allure of the safari.

Furthermore, there was a system in place that allowed us to quickly contact Japanese staff by phone, so we could enjoy our first trip to Africa without feeling anxious.
