・I communicated the places I wanted to visit, and they incorporated them, and they also made suggestions during the trip, making it a fulfilling journey.
・The Japanese guide was very knowledgeable and it was educational.
・All the fresh juices were delicious.
・The meals were the same every time, so I got tired of them.
・The portion sizes were large, and it was painful to leave food behind.
・I purchased oil at a souvenir shop affiliated with the tour, but the oil during the demonstration had a strong and rich aroma, while the one I bought had a faint scent and felt diluted, which was disappointing.

It was a sudden solo trip to a country I was visiting for the first time, so I was very grateful for the various arrangements and advice I received.
During the trip, there were no particular troubles, and I was able to avoid contacting you.
I think I may need your assistance again in the future, so thank you in advance.

When I communicated the budget and schedule in advance, they prepared the standard options within that.
The guide was proficient in Japanese and provided various information during the tour, which was helpful for local insights.
They also gave a reasonable amount of free time, which was appreciated.

Traveling alone makes it difficult to obtain local information, so arranging for local guides was easy and very good.

To celebrate my husband's retirement, we decided to go to Hanoi for the first time, which he had been wanting to visit for a long time. Since it was our first time in a foreign country, I thought about going on a package tour, but walking around in a large group can be tiring, and you get taken to places you don't want to go. I considered hiring a local coordinator like we did when we went to Thailand, but I lost their contact information. So, I asked Oooh for help. Since my husband is not very interested in sightseeing, we arranged a half-day tour. It was very enjoyable with a Japanese-speaking guide at the classic sightseeing spots in Hanoi. The highlight was Train Street. It's too dangerous for a train to pass right in front of you; it would never happen in Japan. They also took us to a café where the Vietnamese coffee was delicious, and we enjoyed watching the train pass with people from overseas. They provided transportation to the hotel, which gave us a sense of security. Next, I plan to go to Taiwan alone, so I intend to ask for their help again.

For this trip, I considered keeping days to act freely according to my physical condition and the weather while relying on local tours.
Since the proposal was only for private tours and not mixed tours, I later thought that I might have requested a mixed tour (in terms of cost)... but in the end, I was glad to have a private tour.
If I talked about my interests to the guide, they flexibly changed the course and attended to me. They also gave me advice on actions in areas with security concerns, allowing me to spend time very meaningfully and safely.
I reflected that I should have communicated my interests more during the planning stage.
In the midst of busy daily life, I was able to realize my trip within a tight schedule as I could propose and consult via chat each time.
Thank you very much!
I will surely be in your care again!

I felt that it would be quite difficult to visit famous tourist spots in South America on my own, so I was glad to have requested a guide.
On the other hand, I thought it might have been better to do a bit more research on hotels and consult during the planning phase. Being able to book hotels on my own would have been beneficial both financially and in terms of preference. (I am not sure about the costs as the price for the hotel alone this time is unclear)
Before departure, the direct flight from La Paz to Santiago was canceled and changed to a transfer, but there was also information locally that it was not currently in operation. The truth is unclear, but if it is not currently operating, I would have liked to have accurate information during the planning phase.
I was told there was no need to worry about rabies, so I did not get the vaccination, but there were many stray-looking dogs in various places. The risk of being bitten is probably low, but it felt a bit uncomfortable.
The guide in Machu Picchu and Cusco was very kind and adaptable during my diarrhea and stomach pain, which was a great help.
On the other hand, I should have been more cautious about the fish in the Peruvian ceviche, which I believe caused my stomach pain. I later heard that many Japanese people also get food poisoning. I found it refreshing and delicious after getting tired of greasy food, so eating it all was not a good idea, but it would have been nice if they had explained that many people get food poisoning from this dish at the restaurant.
The guide at the Uyuni Salt Flat was also very dedicated and likable.
Other guides were generally kind, but there were some veterans who were a bit laid-back, and I felt that a little more attentiveness would have been nice.
In La Paz, the exhaust fumes were severe, and after my stomach pain, I worsened my condition due to exhaust gas allergies. I had taken proper measures against altitude sickness, so it did not get too severe, but I was not aware of the exhaust fumes, and I think it would have been good to share that information in advance.
During the Cessna flight over the Nazca Lines, I felt nauseous even though I took motion sickness medication. It seems that adjusting the Cessna reservation time is difficult, so boarding shortly before lunch might be tough.
Due to my health issues, it was quite a challenging trip physically, but I think it was overall good to smoothly see the once-in-a-lifetime scenery.

Each tourist point is treated with VIP treatment without waiting times or standing in lines.
The travel content can be adjusted as needed within reasonable limits on-site. As for meals, if you express your preferences, the travel agency will manage within the budget provided by the guide.
There is no sense of compulsion, but if you say you want ◯◯, you will be taken to a corresponding specialty store. Since most items are priced reasonably high, it ends up being an expensive purchase, but in the end, they are genuine products with price tags attached from the start, and there is some negotiation for discounts by the guide, so it falls within the realm of self-inflicted consequences.
The trouble on the first day of the trip (no welcome at the arrival airport) was addressed through Oooh's messaging function, even though it was outside business hours in Japan. Additionally, when I conveyed some incomprehensible complaints during the itinerary via Oooh's messaging function, they were immediately improved, which is commendable.
Overall, the negative aspect that affected my mood during this trip was not a significant amount, but I think the costs incurred on-site should be detailed a bit more in advance. In my case (my observations)... the preliminary itinerary stated that there would be no costs incurred on-site (there was mention of tips for the guide and driver), but in reality, drinks during meals were charged separately, and tips for those payments were obviously separate as well, tips for the number of people who assisted during hotel check-in and check-out (this can add up), and tips separate from the fees for services used at various places. In short, it was tips, tips, and more tips... Perhaps because I am not used to tipping, the strongest feeling of having to pay during this trip was for tips. The guide informs you of the appropriate prices each time, so there is no risk of overpaying.
Well, overall, the services and promptness that I would not have obtained without using this place were greatly felt when observing people using other companies' tours on-site, so while not everything was satisfactory, I was generally satisfied and thought I might use it again.
